Learning and Development

Learning for the Laboratory resources in the form of Training is extended by respective OEM involved in the Project.  This training will ensure the Laboratory resources are fully geared to handle the Equipment as per the SOP that will be provided during the commissioning stage.

It will also include the primary level trouble shooting skills of the systems. Further learning is periodically imparted by Domain Experts on the advancements in the Technology, QC, QA, EHS etc.,  Learning is aimed to enhance the resources deployed in the Lab of various strata.
