• Building Conceptual Design based on the agreed scope as per the Country Specific Standards

• Detailed Engineering Proposal encompassing Laboratory Design on Space Management, MEP, Utilities, Complete Equipment portfolio, Integration of Equipment with Infrastructure, Data, LIMS, Safety, Digital Lab Monitoring, etc., all as per Global Standards / Licensors Methods / Country specific Standards.

• Sourcing of Laboratory Equipment as per the Choice of Client in terms of Brand and Models and ensure compliance with the Associated Global Standards -ASTM, UOP, IP, ISO, DIN, CODEX, FAO, WHO, EN, APHA, EPA etc., Regional Standards – SFDA, DM, BIS, FSSAI, BMS, AS etc., and Plant/ Process Licensors Method delivery DPT, EMCC, EO, EG, MTM, SD,SMS,IFP etc. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) are part of our overall program to ensure professional Integration and Commissioning of the Project.

• From the Logistics standpoint – Global Consolidation Locations linked to the Centralised Processing Centre for flaw less and timely deliveries monitored and implemented by in-house ERP System.

• Product Inspections are carried out by Global Third-Party Inspectors (TPI) to facilitate and document to track the Process without any delivery flaws or wrong shipments
